1. About us

GlobalMinds Edventures is an education programme provider based in Singapore. We design and deliver educational programmes and experiences.

We do not sell or arrange travel, accommodation, or transport. Where a programme involves travel, participants (or their schools, parents, or guardians) are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and transport, or engaging licensed providers to do so. Nothing on this Site is an offer of travel agency services.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected systems;
• submit false, misleading, or malicious content through our forms;
• copy, scrape, or harvest content or personal data from the Site by automated means without our written permission;
• use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful material.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time without notice, including for maintenance or security reasons.

3. Information on this Site — no reliance

4. Programme registration and enrolment

Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer of a programme place. In particular:

• Enquiries and waitlist submissions are not enrolments. Submitting a form registers your interest only and does not guarantee a place.
• Registration for any programme is subject to our separate Participant Enrolment Agreement, which sets out the full terms of participation, payment, cancellation, refunds, and responsibilities. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Participant Enrolment Agreement, the Enrolment Agreement prevails for that programme.
• Pricing shown on this Site is indicative and subject to change at any time until a Participant Enrolment Agreement is signed. Only the price stated in your signed Enrolment Agreement is binding.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, programme descriptions, curricula and learning materials, graphics, logos, the GlobalMinds Edventures name and brand, photographs, and design — is owned by or licensed to GlobalMinds Edventures and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written consent.

6. Forms and submissions

When you submit information through our forms, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it (including where you provide details about other participants). Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites, and a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we exclude all warranties, conditions, and representations not expressly set out in these Terms;
• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site or reliance on its content;
• our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site shall not exceed SGD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability relating to participation in a programme is governed by the applicable Participant Enrolment Agreement, not these Terms.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
